Amazon seller and order data accessed through SP-API is used only for our own internal business operations. We do not sell, rent, share, or disclose Amazon seller or buyer data to any third party.

We access buyer personal information only when necessary for order fulfillment, customer support, accounting, compliance, or legally required business operations. We apply data minimization principles and only access the information needed for legitimate internal business purposes.

Security Practices

• Access to internal systems is restricted to authorized staff only.
• API credentials, authorization tokens, and access keys are stored securely.
• Credentials and Amazon data are not shared with third parties.
• Data is retained only as long as necessary for operations, accounting, compliance, or legal requirements.
• When data is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it.
